Terms and Policies

All sales are made to order and therefore custom and final. Customer understands that at least a few weeks (average time is 4-6 weeks, but is not guaranteed, could be more or less) are required for the manufacturing of items ordered. All SALES on regular and custom items are final after 24 hrs. Orders canceled after 24 hours are not entitled to a refund. Any changes to orders after 24 hours will be subject to a charge per change as applicable. If production has begun on any order, any change to the order will be subject to an additional charge and may result in a delay in the requested shipping date. A 35% restocking charge of the original price will be charged for regular items, with exception of custom items and beds which are non-returnable. Buyer assumes full and complete responsibility for coordinating with buyer’s contractors, subcontractors and/or installation crew for the proper installation of any item. Any shortage or damage must be reported to seller immediately upon delivery. Balance of payment is due to seller in cash or cashiers check prior to delivery. International orders may have specific taxes or tariffs, which are not quoted and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Please note that our standard shipping delivers curbside to a business address as defined by the shipping company. There are normally extra charges for delivery to a residential address, inside delivery, liftgate or lack of a loading dock, and appointments as deemed by shipping company.
